Michael O. Crain
Michael opened Crain Law Group, LLC in 2006. His practice includes the representation of clients throughout the United States and in Europe in matters involving intellectual property, music law, publicity rights, trademarks, copyrights, contracts, national and international licensing transactions and complex litigation matters. Michael has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state court litigation throughout the United States and has extensive experience in all aspects of federal and state court litigation and procedure, including discovery practice, motion practice, and jury and bench trials.

Cash V. Morris is Of Counsel to Crain Law Group, LLC. Cash has represented individuals and organizations in civil litigation, administrative proceedings, investigations, commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. In state and federal court, he has litigated claims involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, real property, negligence, debt, publicity rights, and intellectual property infringement. He has significant experience guiding Georgia healthcare professionals and organizations through the complex state and federal regulatory regime governing their operations, relationships, and payment. His practice with Crain Law Group is focused on advancing and protecting our clients' interests in internationally recognized music and entertainment properties.

Alexander O. Crain
Upon graduating from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 2021, Alexander clerked for The Honorable Judge Ben H. Brooks III, 13th Circuit Court, in Mobile, Alabama for a year, assisting Judge Brooks on both civil and criminal trials. Currently, Alexander’s responsibilities within the firm include legal research, monitoring the internet for copyright and trademark infringements, and drafting licenses and recording contracts.
